Stadium permits are distributed by the Aldermanic offices in the wards that are affected by the increase of cars parking on residential streets during games. If a car is parked in a stadium parking area during a game and does not have a stadium permit then that car may be ticketed or towed.
Residents can get a stadium parking permit at their local Alderman’s office. These permits are free of charge.
Check the maps below to find out if you live in an area where you would need to obtain a stadium parking permit.
U.S. Cellular Field (Sox Permit)
If you live in the highlighted area of the 11th Ward near U.S. Cellular Field on the map below, you are eligible for a Sox permit.
Wrigley Field (LV2 Permit)
If you live near Wrigley Field, but do not live in residential zone 383, you may still be eligible for an LV2 permit.
LV2 permits are only valid in the highlighted LV2 zones on the map below. Visit your local Alderman's ward office to obtain this permit.
Soldier Field (Bears Permit)
Soldier Field or Bears permit (map not available at this time) is available in the designated R1–R5 zoned area of the 2nd Ward. Please contact Alderman Fioretti's office for more information.
