Culinary Kids Healthy Nutrition Guide
The Culinary Kids Initiative educates third through eighth grade students on the benefits of a healthy diet. We aim to provide our children with the nourishment they require to excel both physically and mentally. Although it sometimes appears easier to pick up fast food, Culinary Kids proves how healthy alternatives are both easy and affordable. In addition, Culinary Kids provides healthy substitutes to junk food choices.
In 2015, we expanded the program to include high school culinary arts students. As we educated the elementary students on the importance of a healthy diet, we wanted to continue to inspire older students to pursue their dreams of becoming a chef.
It is a known fact that a proper diet fuels our children for a successful educational experience. Eating healthy today contributes to being healthy tomorrow.
