Stadium-Parking Permits

The Stadium-parking permit program is administered by the Department of Revenue, please see their website for more information.

Stadium-parking permits are available for residents that live near Solider Field, Cellular Field, or Wrigley Field. These permits allow residents or their guests to park their vehicles on residential streets in the stadium-parking area on a game day. If a car is parked in a stadium-parking area during a game and does not have a stadium-permit (or a residential parking permit for the posted zone on that street) then that car may be ticketed or towed.

Before the teams’ seasons start, the Department of Revenue (DOR) mails stadium-parking permits to residents within the designated area. DOR does not give out these permits at their facilities. Residents can get a stadium-parking permit at their local Alderman’s office. These permits are free of charge.
